(Jack and Sally usually hang out in front of the Haunted Mansion)

Guests may also dress up as their favorite characters during the Oogie Boogie Bash but aren’t allowed to pose for photos or sign autographs. There are quite a few restrictions on costumes, I would highly recommend taking a look at Disney’s website before you pick out a costume.

    Halloween Screams with Fireworks

On select nights at Disneyland enjoy the Halloween Screams night show. I am so impressed with their recent night shows, I would set aside one night to catch this special show. Look for nights listed as Halloween Screams with Fireworks on the Disneyland app. During this nighttime special, projections light up Main Street USA, the Sleeping Beauty’s Castle, the Matterhorn and It’s a Small World. Keep an eye out for ghosts, goblins and classic Disney villains like Maleficent and Ursulla.

If you are in search of an area that is less crowded, head over to Its a Small world. I find this area to be less crowded and the projections are on the ride with the music blaring with fireworks still in sight.
