Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
Average wait time: 30-45 minutes
The fast pass distribution kiosk is on the right side of the ride. I recommend sending just one person in to grab the fast passes, because this area can get very congested.

This thrilling roller coaster is fit for all ages. The queue is outside and weaves in and out of shady areas with rock walls to lean on for those who have been walking in the heat all day.
If you would like to add some extra adventure, try keeping your eyes on the goat with the TNT in his mouth! Do not take your eyes off that goat! Also, try riding this one at night, the experience is completely different. There is nothing lighting up some areas of the track!
This is also a great way to get a preview of Star Wars land construction!
Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters
Average wait time: 25-40 minutes
The fast passes are located to the right of the ride entrance. Both Star Tours and Buzz passes are right here, be sure to go to the correct kiosk. Buzz is on the right, Star Tours is on the left.
My rating for this ride: 4
This ride is recommended for all ages. It is a dark and very mild interactive ride, which allows you to shoot at targets for points. There are two riders per cart and you play against each other for the highest points. I personally always lose up against Kelly, one day I will out score him!
The queue is mostly outside with minimal shaded areas. You will enter the nice air conditioned building and weave in and out of a couple switch backs. within the building, you will see an animatronic Buzz Lightyear before entering the ride.
Haunted Mansion
Average wait time: 5-30 minutes OR 45 minutes-2 hours during Halloween time.
The fast pass distribution is to the left side of the ride. There is a separate fenced area with the distribution kiosks. The only time I recommend getting a fast pass for this ride, is when they switch the ride over to The Nightmare Before Christmas. This usually happens between September and December.

This is a dark slow moving ride that may be scary for younger kids, but it is called the Haunted Mansion, so that should have been obvious!
The queue is outside in mostly shaded areas. To kill time, I suggest you read the surrounding headstones. This line does move fast because you go in the mansion with huge groups. Once in the building, you can enjoy the very chilly air conditioning. I usually have to put on my jacket for this ride.
Matterhorn Bobsleds
Average wait time: 35-60 minutes
The fast passes are located between the Finding Nemo ride and It’s A Small World. If you are standing in front of the entrance to the ride, turn around and head directly towards the Autopia and pond viewing area.

This is a faster coaster with smooth drops and is recommended for all ages, but there is an area with the Abominable Snowman that may be frightening to small children. Both tracks are completely different, one is said to be just a tad bit longer. I like the left side track the best. For a different fun experience, try riding this one at night. You will have great views of the park all lit up, the Abominable Snowman is more prominent, and the tracks can’t be seen inside some areas of the mountain. Disney decided to put in new Bob Sleds a few years back and it has made such a huge difference in the quality of this ride. I really used to dread riding this one because it hurt my back so bad, but now its smooth as can be and is my absolute favorite ride, especially at night!
The queue is outside in mostly sunny areas, depending on the time of day and the length of the queue line.
Roger Rabbits Cartoon Spin
Average wait time: 45-60 minutes
The fast pass kiosks are located conveniently out in front of the ride on the left side.

This is a dark ride with the option to spin your taxi and is recommended for all ages. The lighting and characters are fun, but if your children are like mine, you won’t see much of them from spinning so fast!
This queue is inside and it seems like the wait time is longer than what is posted. It is extremely slow moving, to me this ride is one of the worst queues to stand in. The queue is well decorated and fun and it winds throughout the building.
If you must ride this ride, i highly recommend a fast pass due to the long wait.
Indiana Jones
Average wait time: 30-45 minutes
The fast pass distribution is on the right side of the Jungle Cruise that is between the Indiana Jones ride and The Jungle Cruise Ride. I would recommend sending just one person from your group to grab the fast passes, because this area gets very congested and can be quite confusing with swarming crowds.

This is a dark ride with jerking movement and may be scary for younger kids. On this ride, you will join Indiana Jones on an adventure through a rough and exciting terrain. This ride is one of our favorites, not only is the ride amazing, but inside the building there are interactive areas, if you know where to look.
The queue is outside in a shady area that does stay cool, you will then head inside to enjoy a nice cool air conditioned queue line. Choose the left side when the queue splits as you are going up the stairs. The left side seems to move quicker 75% of the time.
Splash mountain
Average wait time: around 20 minutes in the colder months OR 45 minutes-2 hours during summer time.
The fast passes are located on the left hand side of the path, just after the Briar Patch gift shop.
My rating for this ride: 5
This log ride has a couple of small drops and one Large drop. I do not recommend this ride for small children or adults that are afraid heights or getting wet! You will float through the inside of the ride to enjoy the animatronic singing characters of Briar Patch, before taking the plunge down a 5 story drop.
The queue is mostly shaded depending on the length of the line. During the summer months, the line winds out in front of the ride which leaves you standing in the hot sun until you reach the side of the mountain for some nice shade. You will then head inside the mountain through a cool area and on to the ride.
I highly recommend getting a fast pass for this ride during the warm summer months.
Space mountain
Average wait time: 45 minutes-2 hours

The fast pass distribution kiosks are located up the ramp and to the right side of the entrance.
This is a dark roller coaster with sudden drops and turns that may be scary for small children. With that being said, I have never seen a child come off of this ride crying. This ride is one of my families favorite rides! The inside is completely dark with just little twinkle lights throughout. If you are looking for an extra adventure, try not to hold on to your handles. I would not recommend putting your arms up though, because I don’t know where the tracks are. Please don’t loose an arm!
The queue winds in and out all over the place outside in the blistering hot sun on the roof top. You will then go into an air conditioned building to finish the last 20 minutes of your wait time. This queue seems terribly long and just miserable due to the sun. There is nothing to look at until you get inside the building, so it is quite boring. I highly recommend riding this one early in the morning or grabbing a past pass. Trust me, it is worth it.
Star tours
Average wait time: 25-60 minutes

The fast passes are located across from the ride to the right side of the Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters ride. Both Buzz and Star Tours fast passes are right there, so be sure you are at the correct kiosk. Star Tours on the left, Buzz is on the right.
This ride is recommended for everyone because this is a 3D space flight ride that shouldn’t be missed! With C3PO as your guide, you will embark on a thrilling flight in your speed race across the galaxy. They have now updated the ride to include the new saga. This update is exciting for some, but disappointing for the true Disney fans that liked the older version of the ride.
This queue is mostly inside the building, keeping you cool while you wait for your quest to begin.
Fantasmic!
The fast pass tickets for Fantasmic are distributed along the Rivers of America, adjacent to Frontier Landing.
This is a fantastic show to watch while you rest your feet. There are two showings, the first one is at 9:00 pm and tends to be a little more crowded. The second showing starts at 10:30 pm. I would recommend catching the second show and enjoying the shorter ride lines during the first show.
This fast pass does not go towards your 3 allotted at one time, so feel free to grab your fast passes without worry about it taking away from your ride selections.
It’s A Small World
Average wait time: 45 minutes

The fast passes for this ride are located near the entrance to Matterhorn Bobsleds.
This is a slow moving whimsical boat ride that takes you on a cute, song-filled journey around the world. I would recommend this ride for all ages. Keep your eye out for Disney characters throughout the ride because they can be spotted in their native lands.
I actually do not remember what this queue line is like, so I will have to update this the next time we go!
Goofys Sky School
Average wait time: 45-60 minutes

The fast passes are located to the right side of the ride.
This is a small roller coaster with sudden drops and turns that will make you feel like you will fall off of the tracks. I recommend this ride for all ages, but not to those who have back problems due to the jerking motion.
The queue is outside and is mostly shaded, but can seem much longer due to the heat. I would recommend grabbing a fast pass for this one because it has a boring line to wait in.
Grizzly River Run
Average wait time: 45 minutes

The fast pass kiosk is located on the left side of the entrance under a pavilion next to the the bear.
This is an extreme whitewater raft ride that takes you through a raging river and off a large slope. You will get very wet, so make sure you grab a rain poncho and put your belongings in a locker located next to the huge Grizzly Bear, unless you like walking around in soggy clothes all day.
The queue is outside in a mostly shady path, but can seem long when you get caught in a sunny area.
World Of Color
The fast passes for this show are on the right side of the Little Mermaid ride, on the path to Grizzly Run. You do not need a fast pass for this show and like Fantasmic, it is not part of your 3 ride fast passes, so you do not have to worry about it taking up your valuable ride space.
This show is quite possibly the best show Disney has to offer in my opinion. I would highly recommend watching it and getting a fast pass for a possibility of getting a closer viewing area. This is going to be hard to explain, but I will do me best. It is a light show on the water, but it’s not just a bunch of lit up water. Disney projects images from your favorite Disney movies and they put the perfect music for each section. Don’t miss this show, and yes, it’s so beautiful I did have a tear in my eye! It is fantastic!
Toy Story Midway Mania
Average wait time: 1-2 hours

The fast pass kiosks are on the pier right across from the ride.
This is a is slow moving 3D ride that allows you to hit targets as the ride moves. You will go up against your passenger and the other 2 riders behind you. The one to hit the most targets with the highest points wins. I recommend this ride to everyone.
This queue is mostly outside in a shady area, but then you wind inside a building that was terribly cold the last time we went. The queue is very long and boring with minimal to look at, so keep the young ones entertained. I highly recommend fast passes for this ride because they go very quick!!
Soarin Around The World
Average wait time: 45 minutes

The fast pass kiosks are to the the left side of the queue entrance.
On this ride you will be raised up in front of an 80 foot projection dome. I Recommend this ride for anyone that is not afraid of heights.
The queue line is mostly outdoors in the shade with misting units, it then goes indoors to an air conditioned long corridor. This line seems very long because it is so boring. There is nothing to really look at or keep you entertained while you wait.
Guardians Of The Galaxy -Mission Breakout!
Average wait time: 60 minutes and above

The fast pass kiosks are across from the ride and go very quickly!
This is a fun, thrilling, free-fall drop ride. You will embark on a journey with Rocket to help rescue the Guardians of the Galaxy from the collector. I personally think this ride is much more fun than the Tower of Terror was. If you dreaded the Tower of Terror ride, give this one a shot. The fun music and characters will change your experience. For even more of an adventure put your hands up! If you have a light bag with you, when you put your hands up with the bag in them you can feel it suspend in the air as you drop!
The queue is outside in mostly shaded areas before you wind inside the collectors fortress. The queue inside the fortress is decorated and interactive.
Incredicoaster
Average wait time: 40 minutes

The fast passes are located on the pier across from the ride.
On this newly designed roller coaster, you will help the Incredibles track down baby Jack-Jack! This is a very smooth coaster that takes you through a loop and several tunnels. This ride is recommended for all ages.
The queue is outdoor in a mostly shaded area, but can seem long and boring.
Radiator Springs Racers
Average wait time: 45 minutes- 2 hours

The fast pass kiosks are located on a path between Flos and Ramones.
On this ride, you will help Lightening McQueen get ready for his race! Lightening will take you on a tour of Radiator Springs before you enter the car shop. There are 2 different sides, on the left side, you will receive new tires and on the right side, you will get a new paint job. You will then line up for the race against the car next to you! For an extra adventure keep your hands up! Also, try riding this ride at night for a different experience.
This queue is outside in a shaded area and is very long and boring. I highly recommend getting fast passes or riding it early in the morning.
